I have just call to quebec immigrants office for enquiry of my file, but he told me that for India the processing time is 3 years, I told him that on internet it is around 11 months but he confirm me that it is 3 years.

Ya he is right it takes 2-3 years for the CSQ which is the first stage , depending on the Priority..The website shows the processing time for the federal stage (11 months) of application which is the later part..

Today I got an email asking me to pay for Right to Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) from Ottawa processing center.
I mentioned New Delhi as Visa Office in my federal part of the application.

Does anyone have a similar situation ?
How long does it take from here, for the passport request ? Although I have submitted my PCC along with the initial application.

Are you sure that we can't apply for two programs at a time? coz i am a QSW applicant and wanting to apply for FSW program.
I have tried calling CIC call centre for confirmation but their system seems out of order. Could you plz let me know if you are sure about this.

They will issue your AOR after 4-7 months. Please check their website for more info.

It can only be issued once the application is complete and the payment has been processed. So your credit card will have to be charged first before they can issue your AOR.

Even am not sure about this Harsh.Some say we could apply after CSQ ,but two applications at a time will affect the file..but not sure..

Definitely you can apply parallely to two programs QSW & FSW. I am QSW applicant and processing for applying under FSW. Its just once you get the CSQ or at the time of CSQ you have to withdraw one of the application, the reason before moving CSQ to Federal you should decide by which way you have to move forward. Rest assure. You can apply.

In IM008ENU_2D form(7c) Do i need to write the date on which i applied for CSQ or should i leave it blank? and
In section 6 i can select any province other than Quebec where i intend to live. Is that right bro.

Bro....for clarity and correct information you should provide them the date of application receipt @ Quebec immigration.
Yes..you can select any location in Canada for fswp.

These are my suggestions,u may wait for others also to reply..good luck...
