i checked the form but they are not taking the information of "3 digit number" (back side number of CC)which is necessary of any transaction by credit card.
how they can deduct amount without complete information of credit card. Please guide in this matter.

They are able to process with out the 3 digit number (on the back of the card).

I didn't give my 3 digit number either

prepaid cc. you have to make sure it doesn't expire......very risky because it might take a long time to open you file. (and we don't know how long)

Sorry if I did not explain myself perfectly, I have got my QSC as a single, July 2012 and I applied for PR August 2012 as a single, then got married in March 2013 and my wife joined me in August 2013 from UK to Italy, then my visa center (LVO) asked me to do medical in September 2013 while in the mid time I informed them that I have got married and they told me to postpone my medical exams and send my wife application to introduce her and I did. After few months in November 2013 they asked both of us to do the medical exams we did it.
In January, I was asked to send my wife QSC as well, I told them I did not that after updating my status by informed the CIC, I would have applied also for my wife QSC at the BIQ.
That same (January) month, I sent my file in Montreal but up to now no signs from BIQ and even called them twice already, nothing.

BAD NEWS

Received an official rejection letter for my CSQ application today. After getting a preliminary score from MICC last week (failing both employability and total because I didn't submit language scores), I wrote an email to the agent handling my case, asking if it's possible to waive the language tests given my background (Masters done in French in Quebec). I knew my chance of escaping the tests were slim and I was prepared to write them but I didn't think she would reject my case out right, without the 90 days to submit the test scores expire. I think the agent misunderstood my letter as declining to write the tests, hence the official rejection of my application.

Now I know I'd have to write the exams, as you suggested, but what do I do now, the agent's letter is a final decision. Should I write to her again explaining the mis-communication, or should I directly go to the Administrative Review process, which is surely going to take much longer and be very complicated.

Advices needed please!

If I were you I will write my language test both English and French and reapply before the cap 6500

for better reading for the agent its easier in capital letters, but there is no rule to it

Hello Friends

I am planning to apply for Quebec Skilled Working Visa . My qualification is B.Tec MS (information technology ) I finished my masters in UK .
I approached one consultancy , they had evaluated and inform me that i cleared the basic points . ( My points is - 55 ) .

They also informed that French is not mandatory and please provide IELTS score alone .

My question is ,

1)Do I need to provide french score , is french is mandatory ? even though i have cleared the minimum points . EVERYTHING IS MANDATORY except FEES AND SIGNING OF ALL FORMS! BUT IF YOU WANT TO OBTAIN POINTS IN ANY FACTOR BE IT EDUCATION AREA OF TRAINING LANGUAGE OR EXPERIENCE THERE MUST BE A DOCUMENTARY PROOF , THE IMMIGRATION AGENTS WOULD NOT ASSUME ANYTHING FOR YOU FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU STUDIED IN FRENCH AND CANNOT BACK IT WITH A STANDARDISED TEST RESULT THE AGENT WOULD NOT BLINK TO AWARD A POINT ON THAT... SO DO WHAT PLEASES YOU
2) What is the chance of getting visa , as i am from IT field ( Software engineer ) WHEN YOU APPLY FOR A QSC AND YOU ARE APPROVED , THEN YOU HAVE TO APPLY FOR A PR TO THE CIC, YOUR CHANCES WILL DEPEND ON THE DOCUMENTS YOU WILL SEND.. FOR MORE INFORMATION GO TO THIER WEBSITE AND READ READ READ
3) How about the job market in Quebec and also is it possible to get job without french ??? JUDGING FROM FEEDBACK I HAVE FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN QUEBEC HAVING A JOB IN QUEBEC WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF FRENCH IS DIFFICULT BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE
4) Is it possible to work in other provinces after stay of 2 years in Quebec ? SURE IT IS POSSIBLE, ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR PR CARD YOU CAN GO WHERE EVER IT PLEASES YOU TO GO IN CANADA

Please give me some information and clear idea about the Quebec !!! If you suggest i also willing to learn the basics in french to survive my life . FOR YOUR OWN GOOD LEARN THE FRENCH AND WRITE THE TEST IF QUEBEC IS YOUR FIRST CHOICE
