you can apply for your SON PR straight forword when you will be in Canada. there is nothing mentioned you must fullfilled your 2 year obligation to become sponsor of your child.

never use fake experience letter and i saw mostly people banned to enter due to use fake doc in their application. cic person always call or fax for confirmation and i heard that even they verify bank statement as well.
