i got an intent to refuse on the 31st and i have 90days to submit more evidence on my taxes/social security, english and french. its so annoying having waited for over two years and now this. anyway, lets see what happens between now and march.

Any updates on mission Jan-Feb-March? :-\ :-\ :-\ Hopes are least for Asians in upcoming mission updates :'( :'( :'( :'(, but still, looking forward to hear good news for Asians. 8) 8) 8)

Even am waiting for the miracle to happen ,let's see.So far the missions are till Dec 2013, and ended with Abudhabi.Now they would update for Asia ,so eagerly waiting for their next update.Hope we could get some confirmation email.

when i submitted back in 2011 i had 65points then dropped to 55 with the new rules but according to their letter it seems i dropped to 53 as they said they weren't going to award me points because i didn't submit English test. i just hope that after i get to submit all i wont have to wait for interview again cos its getting too long.

i am from Africa and i got my document request by mail. i didn't submit English or french as it wasn't required in 2011

I sent my application in machining technique and I got aor in dec13.it mean my points for AOT will be 16.if AOT 16 then for education 10 because if someone gets 16 from AOT he gets 10.then my total point will be 65 without French because I have b1/a2 level attached b1 DELF with application and ielts 6 band.what are chances if interview waive then when csq.am I in priority?

Last Feb you had mentioned that you received a notice from Quebec, for submission of More Documents, hadn't you submitted the result than ??what did you respond in Feb 2013 for the request ?,

My wishes that your file to move fast once you submit the required docs

Hi Jasvir,

Find out if there is an Order in Quebec for your profession. If so, join them.
The indication of priority might be in your AOR, but it is not always like that. I know of 'priority' people, whose AOR did not read so. And I also know of some people, whose AOR did read so.

hello swamik,

back in 2011, notarized copies of documents were required. this year they changed their mind and requested for all the documents to be certified true copies. note that in their letter they specified the documents and as at then there was no new rule so English and french test were still not a prerequisite for my application.
the letter then was "intent to reject" so when the new rules came out i didn't even think i was going to be affected until just recently.
anyway, now i know so i have to act fast.

What exactly have they requested? Did you include those documents with your initial application, or they were not required at that time?

they now require more proof on social security deductions (i sent one but the need more proof). they also need english and french test which they didn't mention earlier.
