if you dont have supporting documents for your employment in the Philippines, you are not required to declare as long you have completed 48 months of employment in UAE as Nurse and CSQ will count only from 5 years till this date, then you will get maximum points and eligibility for CSQ as far as i know.

Hello everyone,

I submitted a QSW application end of August 2013 (after announcing the new rules). Up till now, I didn't get any feedback from immigration and even the payment wasn't deducted from my credit card which is the method of payment used (related form was provided).

As per my calculations, I should get the following points:
-Education: 10
-Area of Training:0
-Work experience:8
-Age:16
-French: 5
-English:4
-Stay and Family in Quebec:0
-Spouse education:3
-Spouse area of training:2
-Spouse Age:3
-Children:8
-Financial Self-Sufficiency: 1

Total: 60 points

I appreciate if you can share your experience in that matter .. Just want to know how things are going with others? .

Thanks.

I also sent my application first week of august that means immediately after announcing the new rules but till now there is no answer and they didnt deduct the money from my credit card so i think we need to be patients and wait.

The French test is required to be submitted with the application not later to get the related points.

Hello,

Does anyone know the processing times for to get the following after the new CSQ rules applied as of August 2013:
· AOR

· Interview

· CSQ

· PR

Will those be faster to get if we have applied after the new changes than for those applied before Aug 2013?

Anyone applied for CSQ after 31st of August and already got AOR?

my aor arrived on 9 Dec13.I don't know what to do next.what should I do now.getting aor mean we are fulfilling what point,or other things.may be they simply accept the file and give file number later they decide and check everything.
pl.comment.

English: IELTS: 7.5 above in each section

French: TCFQ : Speaking- B2
Listening- A2
