Hello,

I have a question, about the questions " Why Quebec ? " in interview, is it meant by this questions :

Why you chosed Quebec not other destinations ?

OR

Why do you want to immigrate to Quebec ? ( General Question )

this is a bit confusing, as there is a big difference between two explanations of the two questions ...

Thanks in advance !

Generally they will determine the exact mapping code and will associate it to your profile. I dont think there is any reason for returning it, unless your form is incomplete in any other aspect. Its in fact difficult to determine the exact matching code for closely related educations.
Thanks Swamik for the reply. I feel better now. Is there any docs or rules mention about this? Do anyone have this mistake or know someone else have this mistake?

God bless us all.

I know someone (from asia) who have submitted his application last may of 2013. and he recieved his notice of interview just two months after recieving his AOR. I think he is scheduled for interview this November. ;)

hallo,

not even one 2011 QSW has been called for an interview?

Dear Friends

I filed my application on 4th July 2013 and yesterday my CC got charged and in parallel. I received the below mail .. is this AoR or a seperate doc will be sent. I found some Ref - Individuelle Number .. is this my file / reference number or just its a receipt for my payment.

if this is my AoR, can i assume i have fulfilled my initial level screening and my application is ready for processing with all required docs or after 12 months they ll pop up for docs request ?

Référence : Réf. Individuelle DA012XXXX

Hi Krish,

This is not AOR. Generally AOR is in format ( AOR - HA0000XXXXX )
The ref ind which you received is the communication reference number. where as the AOR is ( Numero de dossier No. ) . This means you will get the AOR soon or it is on its way. You also should check your e-mail inbox and spam also as i got the AOR via mail and it went to spam while i realized that after 20 days.

reg

I have received the same, with the minor difference that it arrived via ordinary mail and under the Réf. Individuelle is written another Dossier No.. Isn't it an AOR? And you, krishhmurali, don't you have a Dossier No.?

Hello friends,

I'd like to obtain a comparative evaluation and I'm about to send one secondary school diploma and two university master degrees. According to the information provided below there are two different evaluations - for secondary and post-secondary studies:

http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/employment/comparative-evaluation/submitting-request/educational-documents.html

I'm a little bit confused about the fee -should I authorize the Ministère to withdraw from my CC two times the fee (one for the secondary and one for the post-secondary education), or three times for each diploma, or only one fee for the three documents ??? Could you pls help me?

You can't be sure that they'll begin to examine your file in an year, it may happen earlier. However, I'm not quite sure about your situation, but you could either call + 1 514 864-9191 or send your question via the contact form

https://services.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/reach/mail.php

and I think that calling would be a better idea, since you may wait for an e-mail reply quite long due to the high volume of inquiries. And to be honest - if I were you I wouldn't give up no matter what the answer would be. Good luck!

Hi nope, there is only individuelle number .. no Dossier number. Hope this is only the receipt for my payment. in continuation, when we receive the AoR can we sit back relax and concetrate on french classes or will there be any stunners in between ?

Sounds quite strange but at the same time this might be another proof that every application is considered individually. Me too I received it few days after my CC was charged and it came with the invoice for my payment. To your question - I think we should relax all of the time since there is anything else we could do :)
