Hi mkshah/ signalmaker
If like that, so what are the new rules of 6th Dec ?? what are the difference of applicants before & after 6th Dec 2011?
Dear Esssso,

Mkshah is right, before 6 december 2011 you can claim your points based on your french ability without certificate but after 6 december 2011 you have to provide a certificate for getting points.

I think you understand the difference now.

Hey Seniors help me.!!!

I am filling out the application and can't find this declaration form

Authorization to communicate personal information (A-0527-DA)

This is the one precised but I can only find these two: A-0527-DF of 2011-04 and A-0525-AA of 2011-02

Please kindly guide me as to where I can download the exact A-0527-DA in order to authorise someone to receive correspondences on my behalf from Montreal.

Or is it possible to use any of the above mentioned forms? If yes, which?

Pls your urgent response will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

On the most recent form for documents checklist for CSQ applications it is stated that the document is A-0527-DA but what I saw, and what you just sent to me is A-0527-DF !!!! I don't know if they are the same? Should i go ahead and fill and submit it?

Hi experts,

What credential assessment agency/institution do I have to send my transcripts and diplomas to be evaluated for QSWP? If you can provide a check list for submitting an application it would be great...

Please visit this following site for the procedure of credential evaluation. This may evaluate your education qualification as equivalence to Canada.
http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/employment/comparative-evaluation/index.html

you can know about the details regarding this from this site. But I think you should do this after getting CSQ, because it requires for your professional work according to your educational qualification after arriving to Canada. You can do it when you will process for federal part, because it usually requires min 4 to 5 months.

That's your right to permanent of residence fee aka RPRF (see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp). I believe that's a good sign that they're asking you to pay it.

Thank you for your answer, i hope so :)
also they are asking me to pass new mediacl exams because mine expired but they didn't send me the medical report sheet like they did the first time, they only sent one for my wife.
The one they sent me dec 2011 is too old (old adress and i was single at that time) any idea what should i do?

Thanks

Hi friends....was just having a look on all the discussions being made on French topic and the delay matter....m so surprised to see...that they make us wait fr 2-3years..and in this age of us...which are the most important years of our life. M 26yrs old now..m just about to despatch ma file within a week...suppose I have to wait fr..take a year or 18months..den studying there..obviously...minimum 1tear..and working part time...dat means till thr time I have chances of getting settled properly with a decent job.. I will b 30. Definitely...my goodness..when will I get married...shit..all these questions are making me MAD...even being on the priority list...I have no hope. One thing I have learnt .either u give time or money...bcoz if I apply on student visa. Den no waiting and all..even who the hell gives u guaranty that waiting almost f****** 1-2years..u will b selected..TIME IS MONEY...my sister also did thr same. Waiting fr FSW fr almost 2.5yrs. She lost her patience and went on student visa spending some 10lakhs.. being a qualified nurse..she is struggling in Vancouver working in a pizza shop..N me :( here...still thinking where ma life is taking me...friends shud I apply fr CSQ and go on student visa..if it works well and good..means if I get CSQ. Or else .atleast I will b there on student visa...

Hello,

Anyone can sumerize for me the Immigration offices for Quebec, and which ones are moved to Montreal ?

Is there an office now in Turkey ? or moved to Montreal ?

Thank you in advance.

As of now, aside from BIQ Mexico, all QSW applicants must submit their applications directly to BIQ Montreal.
