Yup me again, just another quickie question,

If I send an original document in this case a deed poll, will they send the original back to me?

(I know about certified copies of an original by the Uk consulate, but not practical, 6 hour round trip and have to book online, but I do not get the option of the consulate near me and they cannot book over the phone, that along with the fact I was calling the UK consulate and the guy didn't even understand what I was saying in English!!!!)

So if they will send it back to me I will send the original.

Waow ! good news .. i am not sure if you are the first one in this forum that says my CSQ interview was waived, but at least for me you are the first one ! )

about waiving : i believe many cases will be waived .. more on the way ...

I have a question for -akshagarwal-

If i send the originals of my transcripts, not photocopies, just as issued and stamped by the registrar/and pricipals of the schools, will they be rejected? Do we need to certify only photocopies, or we need to certify the Originals that we are given by our authorities again???????

They never ask for Originals and we should never send it anyways. With the activity of certified true copies they want to ensure that the content of those documents are genuine. Get a photo copy done and then get them certified by the respective authorities.

For DELF and IELTS send only originals, otherwise your application will return back to you.

They returned mine twice last year

Great!You sound a bit prophetic.Are there plans to waive interview for those who submitted language results and have enough points.

Even I got my application returned couple of days back with the requirement saying

An original diploma or a certificate of result of a test recognized by
Minister of Immigration and Cultural Communities, confirming your
language skills in French.

I have never claimed points for French, but, i am wondering why they ask for the above. Can we assume French language test result is an essential part of the application ? But they do not mention this in any place in their site I am confused..
