Dear Angel_Breath,

Now a days they are taking around 18 to 24 months for interview/ CSQ depending on your AOT priority.

How long do you think it will take if you are on AOT priority?

Dear Master7,

if your AOT is in priority, then it takes only a few months, but within 1 year (approx.).

if some one has given IELTS and TCFQ n they get expired and the applicant dont receive any kind of response from BIQ still they have to do the TCFQ and IELTS again or the old results will be considered?

Dear Umer,

Mr. javed is right, but in some case they again want the new certificates if the 2 years has finished in the processing time and then they will give you a time line for 90 days, but it's rare case.

Thank you for your response DebR, your file seems to be moving pretty quick according your timeline? Are you in AOT priority list? if so what your AOT? Thank you,

well thanks for ur reply but my personal experience is that it depends upon your documentation and your French and IELTS result if they are submitted with application or not ? and if there is an update in ur french result which is seen in usual application filed before the test result are mandatary but i think so the application filed will be processed quickly once the back log has been cleared thanks for everyone for there help specially javed bhai and Debr

1st of all welcome to this forum. It is really a good & beneficial forum to you if you follow the every quote of every person. Because some how you will know somethings from them.
You can do it your self. Though you have not mention your & your spouse's qualification, skill and experience etc. I or any other member can't do that.

Just go through the link:

Hi All,

Just to share our timeline, we applied for CSQ to Paris BIQ in November 2011.
Our credit card was charged end of March and we received AOR end of June.
We have just received our interview invitation which is for the 20th of November.
We couldn't be more excited. Thank you for all the useful information and help we got through this forum.
I will let you know how the interview goes. Please cross your fingers for us! : I also received AOR on 28 August by post from BIQ Paris after CC charged, I am from Cameroon. Do you have any idea of when I may be called up for interview? Which country are you from?

you have to spend a lot of moneythe place not cheap at all.

also you must apply for csq & must take ILETS & TCF.

unless you wana apply to Federal, they take 1000 PHD graduate. its headache.
stay as you are and apply for CSQ if you want to live in french city, where are you from?

Thanks lemans207.

I am afraid of processing time for CSQ, maybe it should take about 2 years or more. I do not plan to apply for Federal under international PhD graduates because it's so risky. I just hope that when my husband has work permit, he can find a job and apply CSQ onshore (I heard some cases like that).

I think that preparing about 30K for this option (maybe 1 year for my husband's job hunting) may be faster than apply for CSQ from Vietnam. Thks for yr advice.
