I agree with you on that number - Actually, lemans seems to think he has all his facts correct, unfortunately all his facts are wrong.

Also, it is indeed true that French-speaking or otherwise people immigrate to Quebec not for Quebec alone but to be a part of Canada as a whole. Moreover, Montreal is a multi-cultural city. I'm not sure about the rest of Quebec though.

It is like saying that only African-Americans can live in New York and USCIS will only allow Africans/African-Americans to move to NY.

Read well what I wrote, I said on their Quebec/CIC web page they mentioned about 10,000 visas in Paris BIQ will be provided from now till december 2012 (Visas sure for ppl got CSQ)
If they go like that every 3 months then in a year can take 40,000 immigrants from france .

THATS WHY DURING THE INTERVIEW OFFICERS REFUSED MANY APPLICANTS BY SAYING YOU APPLIED TO QUEBEC TO MOVE TO FEDERAL PART,ONCE HE FEELS THAT YOU WILL GET REFUSAL Moreover, Montreal is a multi-cultural city. Hi all

I have few questions

1) qsw is not allowed till 31st march 2013, if I am applying from India ? Is this correct?
If the cap is opened on 31st march 2013, how many applicants are allowed before they close it again ?

2) a computer science graduate can get 6 points under area of training.
I am electronics & communication(ece) graduate. But I still have few subjects related to computer science.
Under area of training(ece) doesn't provide any points.
So my concern is, can I get 6 points are not ?

2.Because my agency ask me for both country which i am living now plus my country of origin? But in the form sent from london embassy written if YOU SHOULD PROVIDES AN UPDATE OF YOURS AND DEPENDENTS WHICH LIVED SINCE THE DATE OF APPLICATION ?? I am already living more than five years in ireland...

Please anyone can clarify it for me.

If you or your spouse lived in any country more than 6 months then you have to provide PCC for all countries.
I have lived in IRELAND,UK,USA. So i have to provide PCC for all countries as well as India (Home Country)

In general, you and everyone in your family who is 18 years of age or over need to obtain a police certificate. You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

The mission schedule 29-dec or in january 2013 because last interview in Istanbul 14 December

Every month on 29 usually they update processing time, which month they are calling

so maybe for india etc in october they will start calling applicants,
