Ok thanks for quick turn around.
Actually i am about to get my diploma for DELf A2. But my wife just appeared in A1 and it will take about 5 months to get original Diploma. I want to send the DELF A2 (for myself) and A1 result (my wife) together so that means i have to wait till January. This is really annoying.
harit79; I think if u send ur diploma only they will calculate on the basis of ur points and will not consider the points of ur spouse and possibly they will reject ur application due to shortage of points..

hello vicky rocks,

congrats that u got waiting list and i also applied for quebec immigration
how many total points did u got 53 or 55 because my case is also like u.

thanks
stalincanada; thx for ur wishes..i dont know but i think i have reached the threshold requirement for interview i.e. 49 for single applicant..My initial points were 47 as informed by BIQ so to get 2 points i have done DELF A1 and A2..

Which is ur BIQ??

Dear All,

I plan to apply QSW and now i'm filling out the application forms. First of all, I have few questions regarding Form A-0520-AA (Application for Selection Certificate-Skilled Worker):

1. Should my spouse also fill out this form (A-0520-AA)?
2. Question 12: 'list every place where you have lived in the past 10 years'
so, is visiting a country for 1 week or 1 month considered as 'live' in that country? what is the limitation/definition of 'live in a country'?

thanks alot for your help

We will have 61-62 points together with my wife A1 result. So we are not shortage of any points. I think i should send my DELF A2 original diploma as of now and will update BIQ-HK once we will receive original Diploma of my wife.

1) Yes your spouse have to fill out the form.
Who is required to fill out this form
The principal applicant in the Skilled Worker subclass and the accompanying spouse or de facto spouse, if any, who are applying.
Dependent children accompanying you who are aged 22 or older or who are married or de facto spouses must complete the form
Application for Selection Certificate – Dependent child aged 22 or older or who is married or a de facto spouse (definitions on
page 4). A child who is not a dependent must fill out this form as a principal applicant.

2) I am not sure.

Hello Mkshah/lemans/harit and other members,

I have already applied to QSW category last year(2011). Now, if I apply to FSW in 2013, will it affect my QSW application? After getting the CSQ, if I apply for PR under QSW category, then will it create confusion between PR application(QSW) and PR application(FSW)? Please help!!

No this will not effect your application as QSW and FSW are separate process.

My case is exactly similar to you. Don't worry there wont be any problem.

my agent told me it is the places where you have lived for more than 3 months. all the addresses. that is quite a lot. i actually used appendix for that....
it is either for the past 10 years or everything since you turn 18. depends on your age...
