Maybe I'm paranoid but I just want to make sure I do everything correctly...My office is Vienna, so that means I need to send all the documents to:

Ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés culturelles
285, rue Notre-Dame Ouest, 4e étage
Montréal (Québec) H2Y 1T8
CANADA

Right?

Thank you

buzzowski,
I think the safest way to pay is a demand draft payable in canadian dollars. this is easily arranged through any of the reputed banks in your country.

I translated my diploma and it says Master in transport engineering ... My diploma is from the University..obtained after 9 semesters, total 16.5 years of study.. Can someone please tell me is that area of training that brings 12 points or area of training 6 points? What is it called? Transportation logistics techniques??
THX

I have applied in Sep 2011 for CSQ in BIQ Paris. Processing time line show that applicant who applied (in or uptill) Sep 2011 should have received their interview call, if there is no document missing. Is it including Sep or before Sep candidates that are called for interviews? Up till now they have not demanded any documents. I got my AR for file opeing on 9th March (sent on 6th March). I am little confused and becoming more impatient nowadays. Hopefully time will pass soon :).
Thanks for your response,
take care
Qboy

No dear, if you have total 16 years of Education and ur masters was 2 years program you will get 10 points.
hope it helps.

Check Pages 19-20 of the GPI-3-1, under Niveau de scholarité (level of studies), Diplôme d’études universitaires de 2e cycle sanctionnant 1 an ou plus d’études à temps plein (Master's Degree) gives 12 Points ;-)

There is one file - appendix to GPI where all degrees from all countries are listed with corresponding point value, I'm not sure, i think its GPI 5-1, dont remember and cannot find cause i'm at work right now
