Are you from India, I'm asking this cuz I've a doubt on making payment to BIQ.

All my documents such as transcirpts, education documents, degree certificates, passport, driving license spell my name as "Humayun Kabeer" except for my birth certificate which spells as "Humayoon Kabeer".. Will this affect my selection process?
yeah it may. depending on what u fail to do. where is my advice. Never u pretend as if u do not av a descrepancy in the name. although, mere looking at the two names, i can see that both will still be pronounced same way.... but u av to pre-empt this immigration guys.... in your cover letter, u must try try to enumerate this point and then go ahead to explain the reason for the differences... it is possible that when u were born that was the norm of spelling the name but as language becomes more sophisticated, the spelling changes blah, blah blah..... after stating this, then u now tell them the name u will want for them to use for u.... if u fail to do this, the officer on ur case might be confused hence requiring clarification thereby increasing ur waittime. but if u pre-empt any question that might likely surfaced u will save ur self money, stress... time etc
