dude egrace62 !!! are you absolutely sure that the second letter 'A' stands for Priority or being selected without interview ?? my dossier was also started with PA_ _ _ but i faced interview really confusing

The photos must:
• show a full front view of the person’s head and shoulders showing full face centered in the
middle of the photograph;
• have a plain white background;
• be identical (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative, or
exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera.
The photos must:
• measure between 25 mm and 30 mm (1” and 1 1/5”) from chin to crown;
• have a 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8” x 1 3/4”)

in addition, only file which were selected without an interview/ those on priority will have the second alphabeth to be (A), where those whose 2nd alphabeth is between B-Z signifies they were selected based on an nterview

maybe they are expecting that..someday you will update your file with diploma equivalnce for B.s Accounting making your diploma equivalent to Quebec degree.. Thus will make you on a priority list...

@ egrace will it matter if file and indiviual reference number starts with _A? yeah bro as this is a testament to the hypothesis u stated .at least ur BIQ is HongKong and yet u av an A as the second letter. i think that should be sufficient to convince anyone that although applicants to Paris will always get a 'P', but not every applicants there will get an 'A' and that PA' does not necesarily mean Paris. for me i had both numbers starting with PA but lets stillhope confirm if this is same with him i got HA for both of them.. thanks

what does UCI stand for in the IM0008 application universal's cient identification number.- personal details? U will get this code when u send your application to federal not to BIQ , so u can leave it blank that part.

ok, i think that should clear the wind of confusion..... we can also look at this from the perspective of area of training where courses are distibuted according to their class of importance im Quebec. some falls under section A others B,C etc. both of mine started with PA
