Hi all
should an applicant pay all the fees, including processing fees for application and assessment fees, while submitting the initial application?

The 1st set of documents that you will send to the BIQ will be the following.

Duly completed Application for a Selection Certificate (Dynamic PDF, 269 Kb) and the Contract respecting financial self-sufficiency. If your spouse is accompanying you, he or she must also complete the Application for a Selection Certificate, if applicable.

Then gather together and enclose:
  • the appendices duly completed
  • the forms and documents to enclose with your official immigration application
  • payment of the fees required to process your application

hi,

I'm a MBA graduate (HRM), grduated from Anna University (a recognized by govt. of India). As per your message I can claim 12 points.

How much points will I get for training? cuz in the list of training there is no specified training mentioned. But in section they have mentioned Human Resource Management (Bach 3yrs) - 6points.

Am I eligible to claim this 6 points?

Clear my doubt.

QUEBEC APPLICANTS LETS SHARE EXPERIENCE:- PGDM/French

How many points I can get for PGDM from Lal bahadur shastri ( equivalent to degree), though its a diploma.

Can I get points for basic french( beginer level 2), if I enrol for French classess. Do I need to clear any exam in order to prove this?

Pls advise at the earliest possible

1. It will be safer to count your points considering your graduation. Since the PGDM is not from a university, cant rely on it. This is debatable ofcourse, but none here knows for sure.

2. DELF A1 will give you 2 points, A2 will give you 6 points. As proof you can attach the DELF certificates/scoresheet.

Thanks. I asked the same. Should i enclose a DD worth 177 CAD only for assessment in the first step?

Hi Vibez,

thanks for the reply.

1) PGDM is from a Lal bahadur Shastri. This is a diploma and not a degree.
2) one of the consultant told me that by submitting Alliance Francis forms of enrollment, i can claim 2 points each based on the logic that by spending few months with a french learning institure, one can learn the very basics liek hello,hi and can understand it to a good level.

Any other observations. Without including above my points are coming to be 50 and child 5, financial suff 1 point. pls advise

if you are trying to apply for a CSQ for immigrating to quebec under the quebec skilled worker stream, then you need to pay...

Principal applicant : C$395
Spouse or de facto spouse : C$152
Each dependent child : C$152

if you are going to quebec for temp work, after having recd a employment offer or something like that, then you need to apply for a CAQ and that would be only

Temporary worker C$177

yes, you can claim 2 points by showing the enrollment doc. but the logic is, anything that you claim should be backed by documentary evidence. after you finish your a1.part 2, you can appear for your delf a1 and submit that too.

Thanks for replying shootingstar.

Form mentions at most of the places "Principal Applicant" or "Spouse". But for DECLARATION ON THE COMMON VALUES OF QUÉBEC SOCIETY, it says signature of the Applicant, So does it mean "Principal applicant". Or the Applicant who has filled this form, my Wife in my case.

Can some married applicant also add to it ?

Question:
Who should sign the DECLARATION ON THE COMMON VALUES OF QUÉBEC SOCIETY on the Spouse's form (accompanying the Princ Appl), is it principal applicant or spouse to whom this form belongs ?

Thanks again.
I think this is page 6 of the form? Then, yes, the aplicant signs , not principal applicant. I just checkled my form and this is how I did it. My spouse signed on his application and I signed on mine.
