Hi Stillhope,

http://www.canadavisa.com/quebec-immigration-training.html

So I would like to understand why are you saying 6 points?

thanks

Bachelor Degree as the name indicates, is not a college level but a university level work. Hence you will be awarded 6 intead of 12 points for it. To get 12 points , you would need a College Diploma in Business Management. Hope that helps.

Hi folks,

Check out what will happen with QSW and PEQ:
http://www.canadavisa.com/the-changing-face-of-quebec-immigration.html

It may be a good idea to plan ahead so you don't get disqualified at the last minute. All the best in your planning, processing, and/or waiting time.

hi everybody,
Hope somebody will help me with my question:

Recently Ive passed the Interview and received my CSQ
in the categorie box it is said: travailleur qualifie (all my friends had travailleur autonom - whats the difference?)

What bothers me and raises some questions its what s written in the papers they gave me with the certificate:
"Veuillez par ailleurs noter qu'a titre de travailleur qualifie selectionne par le Quebec, vous ne repondez pas aux criteres du processus federal de demande simplifiee. Par consequent, vous ne pouvez soumettre votre demande de visa de resident permanente en utilisant le formulaire du processus simplifie puor travailluers qualifies".
So what does it mean? Its just that I have to follow the steps for Quebec selected applicants, not the federal?
Ive tried to find some kind of special formulaires for travailluers qualifies selectinnes par le QC, but the only one I found was IMM 0008 - is this one the one I should use?

May be somebody had the same written in his CQS, or may be somebody knows what does it mean and could advise me?
I will appreciate any help:)

Thank you in advance!

Dear All,

I applied in Federal NOC 1122 and got it refused due to non matching roles and responsibilities.

I am keen to apply for Quebec and got the preliminary assessment done from consultants. The outcome is positive, however if I check on my own from the website it says yes but I could not find any information pertaining to financial sufficiency on the Quebec goverment website regarding the points.

Can some one senior help me with understanding the point system for quebec. Got one download in PDF but that is in french and unable to understand the point system.

Here is the brief about the various parametres:-

Principal applicant:-

AGe:- 33 years
Qualifcation:- CA from India 2002 ( B.com +CA)
Experience in accounts and relating field:- 9 years

Spouse:-
Age:- 31 yrs

Here is the brief about the various parametres:-

Principal applicant:-

AGe:- 33 years" 16 points"
Qualifcation:- CA from India 2002 ( B.com +CA) "10+6=16 points"
Experience in accounts and relating field:- 9 years "8 points"
English:- Working with MNCS based in UK and USA" 6 points"

you have a very good chance of being selected but you should make sure that you are going to enroll to AF for learning french, though you have few points more than the required 57 points but still french is required.

The website of quebec immiggration has everything in it:

No family in Quebec
No visits in quebec
No job offer in quebec

Pardeep i calculted your point you need 57 points and u r scoring 55 at the movement and i am not sure C.A comes under any masters programme so that why i am giving u 6 points for your qualification. If some one know then please inform him.

Pardeep i give u two suggestion
1 Pass your delf a1 then u can apply so u can increase points from 55 to 57 which is minimum requirement for interview.

2 If u can apply on the basis of your wife then it is much better then u because if she become principal applicant she is scoring 61. So u can apply any time no need to wait for any thing.

So hope this help u.

stillhope

Thanks in advance for your help.
