pls tell me.. if we apply for FSW simultaneously while our QSW application is in process... will this not have negative impact on FSW application??

Don't think so. In generic application form, for intended destination choose any province other than Quebec.

This doesn't make sense. TATIANA STASENKO has filed a case in Quebec court.
How can we opt-out from this if we have never signed up in the first place and how can she access other applicants info from MICC's database?

Hi Harsh5, Of course TATIANA STASENKO can't access other applicants info from MICC's database. But page 16 of said document/MOTION says that court has ordered or will order to send NOTICE /OPT-OUT Form to all the group members. And there is a specific date / Time upto which the group members must opt-out (if he/she wishes to do so). Kindly read page 16 onwards.

1) What are the consequences of opting-out?
2) What are the consequences on not opting-out? And remaining part of the Group class lawsuit? (Which you will become automatically if you don't opt-out, that's what I understand from it)
3) Has anyone received that Opt-Out form?
4) How long will it take to receive Opt-Out form?
5) What procedure is followed to opt-out from class action lawsuit???

Well, like MICC has given only a few days of notice for those wants to withdraw files with processing fees being returned (Only 2 weeks) and like the hundred thousands of Federal backlog applicants have been terminated, we should not expect anything good. And it is better to keep an eye on changes as it might be abrupt, Don't you think so????
