AOR means acknowledgement of reciept of ur application>>>means they accepted ur application. There are many reasons 4 decline. one could be not following instructions stipulated in the application etc

First u have 2 wait about 4-7 months 2 receive AOR then u will know if they accept ur application or not. if they did not then u will have 2 apply again but if them do then u will have 2 hope they get 2 you on time
