I have been invited for the interview: 31.03. at Vienna!

I was waiting for this from 22.10.2010. and finally......

OK, here are my questions:
1. They told me that interview will be on french so if I'm not so sure in my french language knowledge, I can take an official translator with me.
Question and info:I wrote on application that my french knowledge is Beginner Level 2. I am preparing myself really seriously by taking french course on everyday basis (tomorrow is my 6th class). Just to be clear, I was taking this course from July '10, 2 times per week until November, so I just continued that one 5 days ago. I am also listening Michel Thomas's course and trying to be surrounded by French during the whole day. So, what will they expect from me to know to answer, on French, on the interview?

2. I am very excited about this... Can you tell me what could I expect on the interview? Please, heeeeelp meeeeee.....

@ manoylo_bg . I have just finished A1 level and started A2. I am preparing hard too. I wrote everything about my school, university , work history, family, plans, Canada, Quebec and Montreal in my language and than translated in French. Now i am learning all these and practicing with my wife while she make the question and i answer. If you are a beginner you have to do like me because the A1 level and some of A2 are not kind of learning system for an interview, especially immigration interviews. Almost in A1 you can't find nothing that can prepare you for this interview. You have to take infos from the net and from wikipedia or from this forum.

I will depart on 28 March, it has no fly available at my country to Vienna on 29. My interview is on 30 at 10:00. I will leave Vienna on 31 morning. I will stay at Capricorn Hotel near our embassy.

Yeah, I am learning everything from English to French, Serbian translation of French words doesn't have much sense...

I have prepaid 267 euro for 3 nights and 2 adults. Its me and my wife. But if you are single i think 50 to 60 euro per night. I chosen this hotel because is near the embassy otherwise you have to spend money for taxi.

by the way with which software have you build this website http://www.internet.co.rs/ Dreamweaver and Flash? or is Joomla?

Congratulations to all of you who have received interview dates! It's nice to see such activity on this thread... You will definitely be motivated to prepare and improve your French during this time. I'm hoping the the other embassies including Mexico are positively influenced by this and get a move on!!! The wait is torture..

I work a lot with Flash C5 Professional and After Effects for animations. as for design web pages i use Fireworks. I am going to take with me my portfolio on the interview. I have never used Notepad+++ should i use it, will help me?

I use Notepad++ to write code. I have used Dreamweaver 8, but I have switched to Notepad++ few years ago.
Do you have some links to send me, to those websites you have made?

I am planing to print all my graphic work (well, 'the best of' actually), I have picked up references for some projects I have worked on...

I think it will be a nice thing to do, and you?
