As i told u im a freelancer and consultant, that means i dont charge people because i have more than one source of income..i help people because i feel that way..

out of topic but let me clarify, being a FREELANCER DOES NOT necessarily mean you give your services for FREE (just because of the word FREE in it?), and neither being a consultant does not mean giving FREE services . Did you mean that being a FREELANCER and a consultant means you are giving free services?

for people living in the UAE, who pay no tax/social security,....what do we use as "proof of exemption of social security" (point 24 - " to certify legality of work experience"...?

my "payment advice" sheets , which are like payslips, do not have any information regarding taxes etc either..

i have just said that i have more than one source of income, thats why i dont charge people with their queries and its my style of helping may be in some other countries freelancers or consultant charge for their services.. I hope it helps...Peaceout

Dear there certain things..which i think to start to get ur Answer..
1. Try to find out, your income is taxable or not
2. Get in touch with your payroll manager or person who is responsible for collection and imposing of taxes.
3. If your salary is dont come under taxable bracket try to find out under which rule it is not taxable..

In the mean time, i look for UAE tax system and will update u if i find something useful..stay bless

My DD was return back from Quebec, mentioned DD was expired. My agent asked to send a new DD (there is a fee changes for dependent (old fee 156, new fee 160 CAD). They mentioned to send by Credit card, but my agent advised to send by DD only ( Main 750 + Dep 160 + Dep 160 CAD).
Agent asked to send only by courier, but sent by Speed post from singapore to Quebec. I dont know they accept speed post or only Courier.

There is no tax at all in the UAE - nor do we contribute to any social security funding..i have even spoken to my HR manager and they say there's nothing..
as an Indian in UAE, I have no premiums or contributions to make anywhere...but not able to find any written proof of this...


are there indians in UAE who have applied through Quebec and got through? and what did you all do for this question?

Dear Speedpost or DHL they are all the same, the purpose is to get ur DD delivered..Does not matter if it is delivered through regular post..Donty worry..

Your HR manager has answer the question, what u can do u can get a letter from him stating that your work is paid but income is not taxable. That will help you to regularize ur work plus endorsement from Finance department will lift ur case..Try to ask HR manager if he can provide this letter..
