This is a useful piece of advice mft, thanks!mft25 said:my friend I passed the interview and I was not allowed to speak a single word in English so still you have time to study French . the level required is delf b1. if you married your spouse should prove that she speaks French minimum delf a2.
regards
My situation is a little strange. My Husband is the primary applicant who just started learning French(basically, he can introduce himself now). Hopefully, he will come up to A2 level in 6 months from now provided the interview is not before that. I am the spouse and I have cleared DELF B1 a few months ago. I'm comfortable with French.
so do you think I could handle the majority of the interview ? Or will the questions be directed specifically towards the main applicant.
