I believe that paying bit more but getting appt near metro and markets and mall and seeing people at night walking in streets is much better than living in place lack of people metro malls that needs walking to reach it.

you can get in downtown close to everything .metro bus.... 3 1/2 for about 1000 a week. furnished.

or a bit away from downtown for 1000 a month. also close to metro bus .... not furnished.

Yes i'm still application received without getting even a reply to my mail.
About ur case, since ur medicals will expire soon, i suggest u send'em another email, a little bit stronger, telling them that u may go for a mandamus.

If u decide to do so, i'll tell you to what adresses u should send in addition to cic bucharest.
