I received today my new GCMS notes , and as i was expected there is no news at all since last GCMS notes dated 02/12/2013. more than 6 month and nothing added , Eligibility Criminality Security not started.
I think that they are not updating their system, that's why we don't see any new information on e-cas or Caips notes
as i think that our delays is for security reasons nothing else , they don't have any other reason for that delays.
i will send them a new e-mail next month but strongly-worded , because i have the right to get all the information regarding my files and to know why i didn't get visa until now ... will see what will happen

I also think that it is not updated because when i ordered CAIPS two months ago it also was lat updated in 2013.

In addition mine also states that Eligibility and Criminality Not Started. But from what i heard is that the CAIPS Notes should at least state that Eligibility & Criminality are IN PROGRESS. So this raises a big question here, and that is did they really start Security checks?

I noticed lately that Bucharest office is not working as fast as before either because they have instructions to slow processing or because of files load distribution which means many files have been transferred to it so it increase load it is not logical that many of applicants got their landing while others are waiting and all of them did medical in the same time except the reasons I mentioned . I wish that the coming days carry happy news for all

I do not advise you to send that email because it will not accelerate your process or do any positive result . officers are working based on certain curriculum so I advise you just live your life normally and forget it and it will come to you

hi guys , hope you are all fine, i ve been here in montreal since 3 weeks, i came here just to take the pr and return home , but i started to change my mind and started to apply to some jobs , everything is beautiful here, and guess what, just after few days of applying , i got some good offers, well I am in the IT field, which might be easier to find a job...

I am not sure this is possible for the people who did medicals last year. Keno aloulna inno we cannot continue processing your files, bas kel mara bi 2ouloulna inno your files are under process.

But for people who did medicals this year it is possible that they cancel them. Because for Quebec only 6500 applications will be accepted between April 2014 and April 2015.

I don't think this is a reason. I say this because as you see some people did medicals in July 2013 and got PPR in July 2014. Whereas others also did medicals in July 2013 and got PPR in March 2014. Each file is different.

Nahna kel shee badna na3erfo iza balasho el Security, ya3ni iza ba3ato el file taba3na la2ano el CAIPS bi2oul SECURITY NOT STARTED.

1-awal shi el files eli cancel them in 2008 hoe kan for federal mesh Quebec ,ya3ni for people who apply men el asas federal,w hada shi mafhom la kel nas w ma3rof lal kel bass garibi enno ento ma 3am tmaizo ben Quebec w federal,ask mft25 w ger nas about it.
2- tani shi Quebec 7atet new criteries mshan accept candidates taba3a w declared enno within 2014 to 2015 bedha accept just 6500 files ,ya3ni in other words Quebec will give just 6500 CSQ for this period,mesh enno federal will cancel people who did medicals last year as u said before.
3-dont be confused between QSW and federal skilled worker,hadol shaglten me5telften completly.u have passed all way when u got CSQ w person just does medical and security check within federal part.
