No it means it is valid till 22/5/14.But from 22 may till 27 june.There could be a change in ur status

there r 2 explainations for this delay:
1-the first is that they sent reports to extra agencies like interpole for security and criminality ,then they have not received it yet!! and the question is enno why some people 5eles security check taba3on before others ,bi hal shagle sara7a i dont have any idea.
2-either as souheilo said ,there is not priority to process these files,priority for files from Romania and Bulgaria!
this is my opinion,and no one knows what's happening there,it seems as a dark room seriously.

just received an email from my lawyer:

Normally, the security clearance is done before the issuance of the medical examination. In your case, the medical examination was done, but the internal document we received from the Canadian Immigration Services seem to indicate that the security clearance has not been done. However, this is an internal document with many codes that only the Government internal staff understands, so it is difficult to interpret the information in the document. Since your lawyer is out of the office I can not ask him to review the document at the moment. He will be able to examine the documents upon his return.

me too souheilo walahi,i am here all the time and read all posts everyday,if the security clearance is done before medical,so there is still one clarification about this delay weli hoe enno jama3a reach lal target eli 3andon w i think it is not true coz why some people receive visa until now!!!
so for these files,security clearance is done after the issuance of medical,i think it is more logical.

I talked to a lebanese-canadian immigration lawyer in montreal, she said the same: security checks are usually done before medicals, and she said also that some of her lebanese clients had ppr within 3 months.
