Louay, i called that number a few days ago and they told me they want a request letter from bucharest vo. I mailed bucharest vo about that 7 days ago but till now no reply.

About your last posts, I think and this is my opinion that our files are priority and they work on them by order and recently they transferred Amman files .
But the important thing that security checks in our cases are done after medicals and not before , this is clear and in many e-mails they mention that (your file is in security verification ) or (your file is with outsource office and we are waiting security checks) . and in our Caips and GCMS notes we notice that security parts are not updated or hidden due to a specific reason but we don't know it.
all files that passed security checks directly took visas and we saw that some files took 5 or 6 month after meds to take PPR .
what I'm trying to say that how we could know why our files are suspended with security checks or with this outsources offices , is that because similarity names or where we live or where we work or what???
and how we could follow them to fix this problem or misunderstanding .
if we do nothing our files will stopped months and maybe years waiting for security checks. we paid for the medical exam and we paid for them and we pay a lot every day for this waiting .
now what is your suggestion to send them a teamwork e-mail with a lot of id's or what ? crossed finger and wait ?

It is has nothing to do with "similarity names or where we live or where we work" and i say this because it is very strange that some people who lived only in Lebanon already got the PPR. While others who also lived only in Lebanon are still waiting and i am referring to those that are still on this forum waiting.

In the end it is a right to know what is happening with our files. We all did our medical and paid for our right of permanent residence. In addition to that Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has set service standards that each Canadian Immigration Visa Office is expected to meet with respect to every category of Canadian immigration. Unfortunately the processing time has been exceeded by far, which gives you the right to know why this delay is occurring.

I agree with you sending a team work email is one option.

We submitted them on June 17, and we booked on July 18, do you think we are ok? Will w get them nback in time?? Any experience sharing would be appreciae.

My friend got his golden Email today…his submitted medicals in May 2013

Request for Submission of Passports
Your application for permanent residence in Canada has reached the final stage of processing and we need your passport and the documents listed below in order to make a final decision.
Please read carefully all information and instructions set out below and complete the steps accordingly. You need to submit all passports and documents in one package, with a copy of this letter, within 30 days. Failure to provide the requested documents within this time frame may result in the closure of your application.
Visa Validity:
Once issued, your permanent resident visa will expire on 2015/06/10, which is the validity date of your medical examination. If your passport or the passport of one of your accompanying dependents expires on an earlier date, the visa(s) will expire on that earlier date.
You and all your accompanying dependents must travel to Canada and present your immigration documents at a Canadian Port of Entry before they expire. The validity of the visas cannot be extended.

his medical was expired .. but...they did'nt ask to a new medical...he did his medical last year in May 2013

today he got his golden Email..and visas valid to 10 -06- 2015
he has 11 months to travel

Hello Guys!

Thank u for sharing the good news.

In my opinion, if this ran that way maybe because that the officers are reviewing now all pending files that were put on hold for a document submission or maybe CSQ renewal. The good sign is that the applicant didnt undergo twice the medicals.
The surprise is the grace period and the validity of the visa! 11 months wow!

Louay! can u share plz ur friend's timeline!?

the grace period regarding medical is 3 months (means they can renew it for 1 year automatically during these 3 months) if that doesnt happen they will ask for a new medical, that what happened with my husband he did medical twice.
