Quebec applicants 2010(Damascus) waiting for medicals

I have lived in 7 countries and submitted seven police certificates. Any ways i do not believe that this is a reason to delay a file because when they apply for your security checks, it is done once at the same time through seven countries.

Then why after 4 months of medical,my ecas is still not showing in process....

Check again, I applied from UAE because you cant apply to USA unless you complete 1 year in Canada, only commonwealth passport can apply or something like this,

You can enter the US by land with only the PR card and travel to Cuba, Dominican with only a driver licence. I think we'll be ok not traveling for 1 year since we've waited almost 5!

PR by land? That's good news are you sure?
I heard they changed rules, passport required for US citizens to visit Canada and Canadian citizens to visit USA

Not sure if they changed the rules. Either way, it won't be hard to get a visa visit to the US.

Basita ana kamen 6 month wo still received and not in process , i lived only in leb 1police cert i sent , i travelled too much but only for works , i even have USA, britich , france visas and lots of arabian countries visas
Donno what are they doing , i only affraid that it will take 7 month process after being ecas in process so in that way meds will expired

I don't think so. I was asked to submit the police certificates when i my federal file was in process. This was almost 3 years before the medical. This tells us that security is more important to them, so they will not bother to send you the medical and waste their time and yours in the process, unless they are sure you do not have any criminal background.

The only thing i did recently was send an update as i have lived in two more countries.

My status is still "application received" also..
I saw some cases where they updated their e-cas to "in process" at a certain time but in the details they said that they started the processing about a month ago... so I think it's a delay in the database updates.
And regarding the processing times, I think that the files that were submitted in 2013 were directly forwarded to Bucharest and will be processed with slightly better delays than the files that were transferred from Beirut... So let's hope for the best.

They will send you request for landing fees, usually in abu dhabi they send it with passport request and they ask for new police certificate

New police certificate for UAE only I assume ... right? Please don't tell me that they'll need new ones for every single country again!!!!
