I think it is a congrat in advance ;)
I believe they have finished processing a part of files, since they recently started processing the second part which has been on hold..

Let us not be over optimistic about it. I say it is a good sign, that they are finalizing the file... Nobody knows how much this step would take but my gut feel is that you should get something in the coming couple of weeks.

Any contact from them is great news! At least we know they are still working on files that were transferred.
