yes we are automatic transferred to abu dhabi, that 37 month for the last cases, not correct, always changes, before few months ago it was 19 months.

but also another friend got his medical and he paid landing fees
maybe they dont want lebanese

it's an outstanding news, I suggest that you transfer your application to abu dhabi.... then you will save at least 3 awful years of waiting and suffering.. but it's written on cic website that the processing time for abu dhabi office is 37 months for quebec skilled workers

I have a question and hopefully someone here can shed some light.....if the bring forward date is in August (which means the deadline for the VO to look at the file) does it mean the medicals will not be sent before this date? Or is it possible to receive the medical before August as its only a deadline for the officer.

They can order your medical exam at any time if they have the intention even if it's before the bring forward date.
but as rules, habits and procedure of processing files nowadays they usually request medical or request information when Bfd is reached.

hopefully its before the BFD...but at least we know when to expect something to happen.

I think they have break until 14 or 10 April. coz all interviews missions on break

Nothing!! But to be fair, they were off from Friday to Monday.

Are you able to get an update before your 6 months is up? I was told I can get an update every 6 months only because the Visa Officers keep note on when updates were asked for by an MP.

My last update was last July so it's been more than 6 months for sure...
