I gave it more thought and I remembered there's a few things I'll be buying in Lebanon because there's not a big selection of them in Canada. The ones we find here are bad quality and expensive compared to Lebanon. I can't spell but I'll do my best lol

no one really can give you an answer to that unfortunately since anything can change at any time, the CSQ 2008/2009 applicants (us) got really dizzy with the endless changes, just have patience and i really dont want to give you false hope by saying things are going faster now inspite that they are in comparison with the last couple of years because there is no telling when a sudden change will occur or if it will be a good or a bad one.
