guys i think it is what someone explained, it takes 12 months from th time they receive your federal file to process it in Bucharest, and our VO is Bucharest bot Beirut, so chill!!

one more question for the ikhraj eid, do we also stamp the translation??

GUYS! One more update! Finally, after a year, our online application status on CIC website has been updated. Now we have these written:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on October 16, 2012.

2.Medical results have been received.

Just thought of letting you know! I know I am always happy to learn about your updates. Really, it seems they are working hard in Bucharest, we are seeing a lot of communication lately. Keep holding on!

can anyone answer this thing? nihna 45 months as in beirut office? or 12 as in bucharest office ?

The way I understand it is that the 45 months in Beirut doesn't apply to us anymore and the 12 months in Bucharest either, since the files were not there from the begining of the process. So we are a special case with no true processing time.

No don't worry. It usually changes from "in process" to "application received" after they received your medical results. It will eventually change back to "in process".
