It takes about 30 days to process your request. For example, I order the caips notes on July 9th and received them on August 8th. But the caips notes were dated July 18.

So as stated in an earlier post, Quebec sent me my CSQ 1 year extension/renewal on the 4th of September and was delivered around mid October, 3 pages were sent and while reading it there is a note that stated:

- La copie Immigration Canada devra etre expédiée au Bureau canadien des Visas

I can see clearly that I am supposed to give one of the copies to some bureau but since no address has been specified i was hoping someone knowledgeable on this thread might shed some light on this matter. send to Romania ? Ottawa? or ?

I think you should send it to buckarest office because he is the office who send it the medical for you! or to make sure send an email to buckarest office!

Send it to Bucharest with a copy of the letter and your EP number. I called Immigration Quebec with the same question.

45 months this means the last cases took 45 months. they still have backlogs.
