Quebec applicants 2010(Damascus) waiting for medicals

Ok guys...

Please let's stay positive....we're getting our visas sooner than we can imagine! It doesn't matter what comes first (Medical, or security).

I am female, so I don't have anything related to military service and I am just as all of you...waiting!
and my file is in Amman office and still haven't heard anything yet. I'm of course dying to, then I remember what they've told me in the e-mail they sent ( Asking for medical and papers update) :

"Le délai de traitement d'une demande de résidence permanente peut durer un autre 6 mois après la date de l'examen médicale. Veuillez-vous abstenir de nous demander une mise-à-jour de votre cas avant au moins qu'une période de 6 mois suivant la date de votre examen médical. S'il y a lieu, envoyez votre demande d'information qu'à notre bureau à Amman. Vous devez nous informer immédiatement par écrit, de tout changement qui surviendrait dans votre situation personnelle.".

You see? there's no need to worry. I did my medical on May, 23 (basically I still have one month to go).
Inshallah it's gonna be less than one month...I promise to keep you all updated..

Again, please stay positive and try to not waste your energy in unnecessary details!

whatever before or after or being soo deep security investigation or just checking black list of canada and Interpol,but the most important thing that would give us a real prognosis to what would the waiting period keep running:

anyone in this forum heard about a lebanese person received his visa from bucharest office yet?

if yes so please share the information with us so to calculate the time frame it tooke.
if no so the 6-8 months are still the only credible informations we can relay on as bucharest hv begun sending medicals since late february-march and till now no 8 month yet .

assume his age is 4 years 9 month next year and we are at Quebec, and he finished PS2 at school i mean second year school in a good and famous french school in Lebanon
Do they register him (in Quebec) at 3rd year o 2nd year.
I'm afraid if they will register him on PS1 or 1st year school
does anyone have a link to a website explain this situation

I advise you don't add her, I know some1 added son this stage, he is waiting since February//his meds done
I suggest you do landing then add her. it will take 8 months for her PR

my friend done so after landing added his wife

I know people applied in June 2011 and got the interview mail, and I also know people applied in December 2010 and their interview in November 2013 (late because they add a spouse to the file), so I suggest if you applied in Jan or Feb 2011 to give them a phone call.
