Well if you know anyone who lives in Canada, they can order the caips notes for you online for $5. Or the second option is to wait for the medical then you'll know for sure what visa office has your file. Until then, it doesn't really matter what office you're with, unless you want to add or change something.

But it does matter,coz beirut processing time is 39 months while Bucharest is just 14 months ??? I have a friend in canada can he order the CAIPS without be needing my signature... Thanks Canadian Citizen for your help

There's a form you need to fill out and sign granting him permission to submit this on your behalf. So just scan it back to him. He will also need 1 piece of ID, like a driver liscense to prove he's a Canadian citizen and a credit card to make the $5 payment. He will then upload everything to the online form. It takes about 30 days to receive the notes. I've done this 3 times so far.

What is your source of information? If they did not finish them in 2013 why they do anything in 2014 they are very slow almost one visa every 3 months. Why do not you apply to Sweden or Australia or even Canada as refugee i heard it is very easy for Syrian

I heard than Amman has recently been working very fast, since they moved to a bigger embassy.. in fact the processing there has been faster and i guess soon the processing times update will show. the called me last month and were extremely polite ( strange) and saying all is done, and that i should expect medical in 2-3 months after medical ( my medical is mid august 2013).

He will receive his renewed CSQ by regular mail, a couple months after it expires. This is renewed automatically.
