No idea yet. No one on the forum is receiving a ppr email so we know how the last steps will be done.
All this delay is cause of the security check. The good thing is that there are no holidays till thanks giving, they should go faster but thanks to what's going on in the Middle East, things are going so slow

Yeah, we have 9 days off for adha in KSA. Going to Leb is risky so if I stay in Riyadh it will be soooo boring

Like I mentioned 20 times already, my MP's office told me security/background checks are started at the sametime as the medical. And that's what's holding up my fiance's file.

Did the MP's office mention the date of when they started the application process?

The embassy received my updated docs on July 25th and the process started on August 13th

No they didn't and I didn't ask. She just said his BFD and that they are only waiting on security/background checks. Hopefully they don't take forever to come in.

anyone here got an update request without the second email of the medicals? i really started to despise this country, people who applied after me by 2 years are getting their meds and those canadian fkrs didn't even have the courtesy to send the damn medical email when they asked for fkn updates...

You also have a choice to request the materials from the ministry of education and teach ur child at home.
Laval schools are good cause the area is mostly made for families. I have relatives there and I looked around the area. Most schools, malls... are built near the houses. It takes 35 minutes max to reach dt montreal. The city is calm and not to crowded, houses are cheap but kind of old, you'll have to fix it a little

thank you Csaade for sharing the info, Laval it seems good but do you know the pros and cons with respect to Saint-Laurent ?
