My CSQ has been mailed out since July 17, I haven’t received it yet. I don’t know if I should call MIFI again or just wait until it’s finally made it to me.
I think you should let them know that you didn't receive csq, it takes 2 weeks to reach you after they mail it. Just call and find out.

Wow it is quite today..
Yeah, I guess that's because pretty much everyone having applied in 2019 or January 2020 have already received their CSQ. I wouldn't be surprised that they are processing February applications by now. What's going on? What's holding up our CSQ? It is probably simply one individual MIFI employee running late. Maybe he's been on vacation for the past month. Maybe he broke an ankle and he's on sick leave. We will never know. Since they are officially finalizing December applications, I'm guessing you will get you CSQ soon. I'm one month behind you Malikhk. Given the past performance average that we have seen on MIFI's website in the past few weeks, whereas the worst-case scenario applications (like ours) move along at a rate of two days per week, I'm guessing I will get my CSQ ten weeks after you get yours, therefore sometime in late October or early November. By that time, the "good" MIFI employees will be finalizing applications received in April... We are just unlucky.

All those who sent docs in January 2020 and got approved. Did you also get request to update address proof and update sponsorship approval (decision made from IRCC) or is it only me? ‍♂

I’ve got three copies. The CSQ itself, two letters, one for my spouse, one for me. They did mention that they informed the VO office about the certificate. The rest is the application.

But instructions on canada.ca state that they should inform VO. One CSQ you should keep for yourself. So I believe they will send it to VO. Plus everything now is digital, so they will inform VO for sure. One of the documents they asked is the letter from VO that treats our application, so I presume to know where to send csq.
