Really happy for you. Also the when the file got transferred to VO, the Principal Applicant should have received an e-mail stating that it was transferred. In that e-mail you should have the VO e-mail. I would e-mail it to them as well. Just to be sure and through Web Inquiry Form as mentioned by @Azimuss

Hi Guys

My CSQ application returned back to me since my credit card payment is rejected when they tried.

May I know, submitting the file again will consider as new submission or would give preference to me by considering this kind of rejection earlier?

Now I have started worrying about the time lines.

Note: My Submission is on Mar 19,2020

Does anyone know how long it takes IRCC to issue PR after this? I used their webform to submit the CSQ but haven't heard back yet. AFAIK I've completed all other requirements and they're just waiting on the CSQ...

Can I ask for your timeline? When you say they are just waiting for CSQ, you mean you got AIP and SA?
