Thank u very mush sherry for ur reply.
I called them last week, they said they do not sent a letter which is very weird!!! I dont even receive emails from them and check my spam, but always nothing!! It kind of makes me worried!!
I would suggest you to call them again and again untill they do not solve your problem . If they do not send you by regular post then they should email you. That has happened to me too they dint send my Aor but i called them several times then finaly they sent me through email.

Dear,

Hope everyone is enjoying the waiting game for a Big Dream. As it is shown in my timeline i applied in Nov 2013 and file opened in April 2014, received AOR in May 2014. We are Nursing couple from India and currently working in UAE. We applied from India and our Visa office is BIQ Hong Kong and the processing time is more than 40 months. But here in UAE the processing time is much less just 16 months !!! and they are conducting interview very frequently.

Now i wanted to know is it possible/good to move my file from BIQ Hong Kong to BIQ UAE??? Dear seniors please guide me and if you don't mind please explain me the pros and cons too.

Any inputs are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Finally they asked me to submit some documents.

Can you share what documents they asked? I got the letter on Aug 1 to submit the imcome tax documents. I see that they are asking the same for most of the 2013 and 2014 inland applicants?

Please share.

I have ITRV for years 2009 2010 2011. Luckliy I filed manually not online so nossiues for these years. For 2005,2006 I am exempt from filing and I have only form 16. Not sure what to do with these years. I am getting a letter from CA that I am exempt from filing the taxes for these years.

Now for my spouse, they have asked the same. She is exempt for 2009, for 2010 she filed onine. Here is the problem, Tax department is not going to sign these as they say that the online copy of the form has a bar code which should authenticate the document. I was told that she should go to place of filing the taxes and try there. 2011 luckliy we have filed manually.

for USA, they asked for years 2007 and 2008 and first half of 2009. They dont keep tax records for past 4 years. So I applied for certificate of residency which I dont know how long it will take to process. I am struck here.

My question is do they really need to see thse documents issued some 7 years ago? I have documents for the past 5 years all originals to claim the maximum points, what is the logic behind?

You are seriously asking about logic here?!

After undergoing the unthinkable of horrifying nightmares, chaos and complexity for 9 consecutive months with the québécois government now, I (as well as many other people in this forum) can absolutely assure you: THERE IS NONE.

I agree with Marlee. There is no sense in their working order or there is no standard procedure. Seems like its all depends upon which kind of a person is processing your file, if he is happy or angry or sad.

Thanks for sharing stylove . I was just wondering that you should have got your csq if u had 58 points with good french. I saw an applicant august 2013 who recently got csq without interview. And even without french. But still you have been waiting for so long. Thier selection criterion is beyond our understanding.

Did MICC start to return applications to those who didn't make it to their cap? filed ours last Aug. 8.. No update since then. We tried to call them but they said we gotta wait for at least 7 months.
