After undergoing the unthinkable of horrifying nightmares, chaos and complexity for 9 consecutive months with the québécois government now, I (as well as many other people in this forum) can absolutely assure you: THERE IS NONE.

They're like "Oh, let's give out CSQs to this batch and see what will they do with it." and then observe their little experiment for years.

Just kidding! ;P

I agree with Marlee. There is no sense in their working order or there is no standard procedure. Seems like its all depends upon which kind of a person is processing your file, if he is happy or angry or sad.

Is there anyone who sent in their application for CSQ this 2013? Have you received any updates from them? that is: AOR, DD ENCASHED, CC DEBITED, CSQ, INTERVIEW CALL, REFUSAL LETTER (God forbid)......etc?

Pls let's network here so we can see if there has been any change to the processing times this year since almost all the BIQs were transferred to Montreal this January. Is it actually slowing or speeding the total process?

Someone really in love can treat stuffs faster than the current FSW2014 lol!!!! We have to pray the fall in love with each other so it gets faster

I didn't get any update till now not even document request seems like they have forgotten where they had kept my file. I want to call them and want to ask regarding updation of documents( current job,TCFQ, ITR) but words of receiver hurts alot when she says processing time for your country is 38 months
