Dear all, you still remember my case. I asked you previously about a mistake in the application of my spouse (question 9: sought refugee status....) and I the principal applicant ticked no instead of yes which was complete oversight, and as I updated my documents, I just copied the first page since it has the same information so I didn't look at the questions again. As I asked all seniors, they recommended that I send a letter to the embassy correcting this mistake. since I have a representative( lawyer), I sent him this letter more than 2 days ago and I asked him to send it urgently to the embassy. To my surprise, I found out today that he didn't send it and the reason was that he thinks that it is not important since my spouse was not the principal applicant of immigration 20 years ago but it was his mother who applied for him. I was thinking: would that be a logical response. It's my spouse who got the refusal not his mom! so what do I do please help me. It's been more than three months form the time I updated my documents.
