Hi folks ! Hope you are doing good,
Somebody to provide me, please, with feedbacks on how to get the Qatar PCC for a female who left the country and has no relatives living there ? She can provides a procuration to one of her friends but she has no relatives as I have mentioned. Would it work ? How long it would takes and what are the steps.
Thanks !

Nope, in my case I contacted a friend to go to CEID with a special power of attorney, however, they did grant it and said that the representative must be a first degree relative (mother, father, or sibling). Thus, I went back to Qatar personally (via a tourist visa) and got a Qatar PCC in 2 days.

What documents do I have to bring in Qatar if I will go as tourist. Because Qatar embassy in UAE now is closed. And currently I'm working here. So I'm.thinking to just go personally in Qatar and request police clearance. Thank u

I will really appreciate, if you can tell me about some details.

1. Where exactly did your friend have to visit CEID? Is it really they didn't accept the power of attorney?
2. Did you have permit of residency when you were present in country for which you were trying for PCC?

Kindly advise me the process of Qatar PCC, as I am also in the same boat. I am in UAE, and I need Qatar PCC for myself as I stayed there during 2011 on a resident visa
