Yes waiting period is killing period as one can't do anything for further progress.But its the time when everyone has to go thro.Have patience and you will get reward with maple stamp on yr passport.

can someone explain with Example what kind of responsibilty is this ... what does an instructor/Professor contribute in this.

Actually i didnt get ur question but i can give my example, may be it can help u.
I am trainer and my company is in networking and we provide trainings to upgrade other telecom companies or organization's employees.
in other words big organizations generally hire the trainer who provide these trainings at their premises to upgrade thier employee.

How would u differentiate it from consulting....or u can say u r into a training consultancy firm which provides training to other Big companies as per their training needs... Right....however to my understanding... The nature of ur company busines is Consulting... and how are u contributing to it...

You please go to the NOC site of cic and you note the duties and responsibilities of your NOC (4131) and you must be having experience in the NOC and get an experience certificate from your employer/senior mentioning all the duties and responsibilities of NOC with signature and stamp with contract no. That will do.

Thank you for ur piece of Advice... u get it written in a letter Head and u get an interview call from VO... VO very politely ask you that in ur reference letter its written that u have been performing this role---provide consultation services to government, business and other organizations--- what kind of consulting u have done in ur Job experiece .. Kindly explain ... and what the candidate should say... ki Mr Charinder has adviced me to just get it embedded in a Letter head without knowing the description of the resposibility.. Very Nice Advice... Thank you... for ur very kind information i have an INT to attend and in my Reference letter this responsibilty is wriiten.. i need to prove it to them...i cannot take a chance

No it’s not consulting company. Consulting companies generally only do consultation. My company has an education arm to provide trainings to other organizations, consultation with this respect is like if we suggest them what is market scenario and wat to keep employees updated etc. my contribution is to train them.

This resposibility ------provide consultation services to government, business and other organizations----- is a part of my Responsibilty in my reference Letter... submitted to CHC ... never even imagined of an INT call from CHC... now when i was looking at the Reference letters which i have submitted i found that this responsibility i am not familier with ... so just asking u senior Guys...

If u r not performing those duties how could your employer put them on reference letter?
its not necessary all duties will match with the mentioned NOC, at least 60% is OK.

i know that dear... lekin hun hoo geya hai.. its there in my Reference letter .... and that letter is with CHC ....need to find out a solution....at that time i never thought of an INT...

Actualy i provided consultation to a company called SQL Star ... and i helped them in designing their Test stategy and preparing a Test Plan... so thought of writing it in reference letter..
