Hi Singh123....singh123 said:With all due respect Lakhwinder ji ......I do not understand what is the use of seperate thread for punjabi Kudiya? Yes there are seperate threads for gujrati people, bangladeshi, phillippnes etc etc. Do you think that just because other people are doing it ...... you should jump on the bandwagon. Do you visit these threads? I do not because I am do not belong to these any of these groups. Even if I may have answers to a question I skip these threads and so do many many others. In this way the response is limited to the members of the group only. This is not a social networking site. This is an immigration forum where regionalist tendencies should be discouraged with all welcome to reply/help.
The topic of your thread is Punjabi Kudiya ..... lets get connected..!!! No one will know, besides your group, what you need to share or require answers to except your Punjabi Kudia group (which has mudas as well). Don't you think that in such a case you restrict the number of people responding to your queries? Then there is punjab group thread as well. So you will in effect actually start a parallel thread. Then someone will start a thread for majha, doabia, malwai group... You are a college teacher by profession (if I am not wrong NOC 4131). You should lead by example and not further bifurcate the forum. Just imagine people who are not punjabi will not be responding to your queries although they may have right answers for help. Do not limit yourself. Unforturnately forming small groups does no favours to anyone. I am a proud punjabi but never limit myself and mean no ofence. We are planning to go to a multi cultural/national country but our thinking is still very narrow and limited.
If I have unintentionally touched any raw nerves I apologise for the same. Many thanks.
