Hi guys !!

Continued to the posts i have made like the same process went for the xray, sputum Test, xray after 3 months and some other tests after which the IOM told me that you are clear now and go home. Now it has been 3 months after all these test I recieved a phone call from embassy asking me that have you done your post 3 months xray which i have already done after IOM called me for my second Xray (3months later after sputum test).

I am doubting if IOM has uploaded my documents or what could be the reason that the embassy is asking me this question (post 3months tests after sputum - i have already done it) ??? Anyone

Hi. Reply the embassy that you have done the xray. Forward your payment receipt of IOM to them.

My wife had to do further tests again on the instructions of the Pulmonologist. Results came and TB is totally ruled out. I was told by IOM that the reports were uploaded yesterday. The Pulmonologist said that Canada's major concern is the TB matter which my wife does not have. Should I be comfortable with this? Please pray for us.

Because they will only issue visa after the medical tests are okay ryt ?? What do u think how much time it will take more ?

Regards,

It depends on the regional Medical Officer in charge of your country who first of all evaluate the test result for admissibility,
visa officer, the number of applicants on queue for processing, and medical results. You cannot determine these days how long a processing will take.

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and apologize in advance if someone has already asked these questions:

I am in Canada on a PGWP. My wife got her upfront medical done on December 3 but she has recently been asked to undergo a sputum test. I have not yet applied for her visitor visa. My questions are:

Should I wait till her sputum results come back and then apply? (after 8 weeks) or I can apply now and mention that she has been referred to undergo a sputum test?

Would this mentioning of further medical tests impact negatively on her visitor visa application?

Please shed some light on these concerns.

Thanks.

Dear Forumnites,

I applied for the FSW 2014 program and have successfully received the PR visa. Below is my timeline:

Visa Office: NDVO/WVO

Initial App: 29-May-2014
Rejected/Returned: 15-Oct-2014

Reapplied: 05-Nov-2014
CC Charged: 08-Jan-2015
PER: 30-Jan-2015
AOR: 24-Feb-2015
SLU: 17-Apr-2015
Med's Request: 06-May-2015
Med Done: 11-May-2015
Re-Med: 13-Aug-2015
Med's Received: 14-Oct-2015
Passport Request: 22-Dec-2015
Passport Submitted: 24-Dec-215
Passport Received with Maple leaf: 30-Dec-2015

Since mine was a furtherance medical case, I received a "Medical Surveillance Undertaking Form" attached in the PPR email along with the following line:

When you enter Canada, you will need to provide two (2) copies of this form at the Canadian Port of Entry together with passport and Confirmation of Permanent Residence

However I did not receive any separate surveillance form along with my COPR from the embassy when I submitted my passports for stamping.

My concern is:

Is the "Medical Surveillance Undertaking Form" received with PPR email suffice or should I have received any separate form from the embassy along with COPR? Anyone who has faced such a scenario can please reply if they were provided a separate surveillance form to accompany the COPR?

Cheers,
LazyBoy
