I know a woman who applied in May 2021. Still waiting. Her file was assigned to an inactive agent. Check about that case. It was a Big Scandal.

i am also may 2021 applicant and still waiting in Quebec.
A Lot of files were asigned to people who not longer work in immigration But their agent number still in the system. So the files never progressing because nobody was taking care of them.

In October 2023 I moved from Quebec to Onterio and informed immigration to move my file as well in January 2024 I got my PR now waiting for another quest which is dependent file it’s still in process and the current processing time is 51 months now.
Hello Laila can you please help me how did you request them to move your file from here to ON also did you get any confirmation on moving your file. Because i asked them same thing to IRCC call centre and they told me if i moved there will be no change.
I hired a consultant for that but the straight way is you can move to your desire city update your address go to https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas&lang=en
Put all your information you can see the address change option there as well change it and then sent a webform to IRCC that you are no longer in Quebec and process your case as an outside Quebec resident.
but to be honest you already wait that much at this time I will not advise you to change it just wait you will get it soon.

Yes I got my COPr and PR card in January after that my dependant file is still in process and Ankara office is taking care of that due to this long process I guess they need to do the medical again there medical was done in February 2023 which I think is valid for 1 year only.
