Can any one plz tell me what are the ways to get valuation of property

For study visa,you need not to attach/show property papers.
If you want to..Evaluate property from the Govt. Authorized people (some advocate do Evaluation),
original Deed of property is required,
Actual Photographs of site.........
To whom it belongs (affidavit)
lastly Evaluation Certificate..including the current amount of property.
This is best from my knowledge but consult someone else for authentication.

Does property papers need to be translated from local language to english and notarized as well?

I attached property evaluation and i got visa too.. that's not a problem !!
