Guys help me out...whether i will apply under general category or not.. .. Don't know why they reject my file.. .. :-[ :( This is really frustrating when you apply and they reject for this F#####G reason...(level of establishment,employment,studies blaa blaa blaa).. i really wonder on which...

Guys ..here is my profile..plz guide me whether to apply again under general category or not,,:: B.tech in ECE (2009)---- 63% after that i am still working as a software tester Course applied --Project management -IT (seneca ) IELTS- 7 overall ,not less than 6.5. ... where i am lacking guys..

They said we are not satisfied with you in the following concerns..level of establishment,language abilities,employment,previous studies.. i don't know how they can say these things .. ??? :(
