is it true that having A and B citizenship result in not being able to obtain C (Canadian one)?
I think this statement is incorrect and it all depends on Immigration Law of A and B who may allow or disallow or conditionally allow..can an Expert confirm..
I was referring directly to OP's post because he specifically stated he could not obtain the new citizenship IF he had Canadian citizenship. As Spyfy mentioned every country has their own rules. I have US Citizenship and while they don't specifically say you can't have multiple citizenship, they take the ones you obtain into consideration to understand if you are trying to abandon your US citizenship.
