proof of custody of children - Dubai

Hi,

I am applying for Canada immigration under Skilled Worker category. I am applying for myself, my wife and daughter aged 15. I am an Indian national based in Dubai

One document I am required to submit is proof of custody of children under 18 years and that children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court. Which document can I submit?

That is only if your sponsoring your daughter your and not your wife and you are separated or divorced. If the daughter is from another relationship then you would need it. It is a court order giving you custody and permission to remove the child from the country where she resides.
