I need advice on the following matter regarding Form E37023 page 3.
- Proof of custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court
In case that parents are divorced, "Proof of Custody" would be the Court decision, mentioning the parent whom custody was granted.What can be used as "proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court"?
