Proof of citizenship

Hi all,

I am applying for Proof of Citizenship. Appreciate the forum's advice. Thank you.
I applied online for the proof of citizenship in Jan 2023, and the application is being processed. I just received notice from IRCC that I need to send in the original documents so that they can issue the new e-certificate.
I just flew off Canada, and currently I am overseas.
I have some questions:
- IRCC asks me to send original certificate and the pink transmission copy of any certificate in the application process. I just have the original certificate. What is the pink transmission copy?
- Will I be able to download the e-certificate from overseas if IRCC sends me the link to download?
- Will there be any hipcup in the process if I am currently overseas?
- If I send in the orginal document and the document loss in the way, what might be the solution after that?

It's a portal from where you download so no issues accessing it from overseas too.

- The pink transmission copies are super old copies IRCC used to give decades ago according to the Internet. If you have no idea what these are, it means you never got one in the first place, so just ignore it.
- Being overseas has no effects on the application, except perhaps in term of logistics. IRCC takes significantly more time to send citizenship certificates to newly naturalized Canadians who are outside the country. I suspect the same may apply here.
- No idea what happens if you lose the originals...

I am looking for a reply template so as to show my application nos, and UCI, so that I can attach that template with the original document when I send back to IRCC.
Can you share with me if you have something like that?
